Our Assembly Presentation

Teach compassion. Inspire connection. Build inclusion.

Our signature K–8 school assembly brings the power of neurodiversity education directly to your students. Led by our passionate team and founder Carla Cole, this engaging and heartfelt presentation helps kids understand what it means to be neurodivergent—what it looks like, feels like, and why empathy matters.

Using humor, storytelling, and real-world examples, we connect with students of all abilities and backgrounds. The goal is simple but powerful: to build bridges of understanding between neurotypical and neurodivergent students, so every child feels seen, valued, and supported.

Whether you're looking to support inclusion, kick off Neurodiversity Celebration Week, or start a broader conversation in your school, this assembly is a meaningful step toward creating a more empathetic learning community.

Our focus is unique—we speak DIRECTLY to the kids in an engaging, age-appropriate manner, something few other organizations do. We believe the success of our message lies in both the information and delivery, with students often remembering 'the lady in sparkles' who taught them that 'No Brain is the Same'!

The assembly is designed for students in grades K–8. Content is tailored to be developmentally appropriate and engaging for each age group. A middle school assembly will look different than a K-2 assembly, but all convey our core message that 'No Brain Is The Same'.

The standard assembly runs 45–60 minutes, with flexibility to accommodate your school's schedule or multiple sessions for different age groups.

The program is led by Megg Thompson, a certified behavior consultant and former Kindergarten teacher.

We introduce students to neurodiversity, explain what it means to be neurodivergent, and explore how kids can better understand, support, and include one another. Our unique approach addresses the 'Double Empathy Problem' and gives students practical ways to support each other.

We're the only organization speaking directly to kids about neurodiversity in an engaging, fun way. While many organizations focus on educating teachers and parents, we focus on the KIDS! This creates immediate impact and gives teachers/faculty a foundation to build upon with their own curriculum.

Yes! We offer QR codes to access free resources, a vocabulary guide, and suggestions for home-school connection activities. Parents often report that children come home talking about our presentation, which naturally extends the conversation to families.
