As a parent and guardian ad litem, Misty has over a decade of experience collaborating with school teams to advocate for and support neurodivergent students. She is deeply committed to creating a more inclusive world for neurodivergent youth and the families who support them, and is proud to contribute to No Brain is the Same’s vital mission.

Professionally, Misty has more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit operations. She has worked with both large and mid-sized organizations to drive efficiency and innovation across campaign planning and management, annual and planned giving, technology, marketing, compliance, and data analysis initiatives.
